- 2–3 everything bagels, pre sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- pinch of flake salt
- 2/3 cup cream cheese, vegan or traditional, softened
- 1 1/2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 2–3 scallions finely chopped
Instructions
- with a firm grip, carefully slice the bagels straight down with a knife. You can also lay the bagels on a flat surface and place you hand flat on top to stabilize it and then slice thru. You should get 2 to 3 slices per side. To a bowl add the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Combine.
- Preheat your air fryer.
- With a brush slather the mixture onto the cut side of the bagels.
- Place a handful of the slices in the air fryer, but leaving none overlapping for an even bake. Bake for 3 minutes or until lightly toasted. Continue with the rest of the slices.
- In a bowl combine the cream cheese, scallions and Everything Bagel Seasoning.
- Serve the bagel chips with the scallion cream cheese.
