Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients in a large bowl, whisk to combine. In a skillet add a lil butter and 1/2 cup batter for each pancake. Serve with coconut whip, toasted pecans and maple syrup.
