Instructions

  1. Dehydrated apple: Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Thinly slice apples by hand or on a mandolin.  Combine the apples with the coconut oil, cinnamon, and coconut sugar and throw on pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 225 degrees for one hour, then flip the slices and bake an additional hour to 1 1/2 hours.
  2. To make granola: Preheat oven 300 degrees
  3. Combine the oats, pecans, cinnamon, ground nutmeg, salt, maple syrup, quinoa, chia seeds, and melted coconut oil. Mix well to coat evenly
  4. Pour mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading evenly
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping the granola at the 15 minute mark
  6. Once granola is cooled, add the apple chips
