Hot Chocolate:
- 4 cups almond milk
- 3/4 cup vegan white chocolate chips
- 4 chocolate cookies, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract, optional
Garnish:
- Coconut whip
- crushed chocolate cookies
Instructions
- In a medium sauce pan over medium heat add almond milk. Once slightly bubbling add the chocolate chips, vanilla extract (optional), and chopped cookies.
- Whisk until it’s melted and incorporated. (3 mins)
- Turn off the heat and whisk, use a Frother or throw in a blender to create foam if desired. Garnish with coconut whip and chocolate cookies. Serve hot.
