- 1 cup whole or instant oats
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp agave, maple syrup or honey
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsps peanut butter powder or pb, plus additional
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup stevia sweetened chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract, optional
- chopped peanuts, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 2 small ramekins and set aside
- To a high power blender add all the ingredients minus the chocolate chips and blend until smooth.
- Add the mixture to the ramekins and top with chocolate chips and additional peanut butter. Bake for 25 mins or until golden and the top pushes back. The deeper the ramekin the longer it will need to bake. Garnish with flake salt, more peanut butter and chopped peanuts.
