Buffalo Hummus Dip

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • fresh chives, for topping

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor, and blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, top with chives, a drizzle of olive oil, paprika, and serve with pita bread or veggies.
