  1. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat add almond milk. Once slightly bubbling add the chopped chocolate, espresso powder, and almond extract. Whisk until it’s melted and incorporated. (3 mins) If you use traditional dark chocolate and not the stevia sweetened, add 1/4 cup agave, honey or sugar
  2. Turn off the heat and whisk, use a Frother or throw in a blender to create foam if desired. Garnish with coconut whip and chocolate shavings. Serve hot.
