Olive spread:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 squeeze lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups Kalamata Olives, pitted
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp capers (optional)
- Other: French bread
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor leaving 2 tbsps of olive oil for the toast. Process until chunky, not smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 350. Lay the sliced bread on a pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake for 5 minutes until slightly crisp.
