Ingredients

Olive spread:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 squeeze lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups Kalamata Olives, pitted
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp capers (optional)
  • Other: French bread


Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor leaving 2 tbsps of olive oil for the toast. Process until chunky, not smooth.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350. Lay the sliced bread on a pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake for 5 minutes until slightly crisp.
