Jalapeño Ranch:
- 2/3 cup vegan sour cream
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp dried dill
- 1 jalapeno, seeds removed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Other:
- 1 package OZO™ plant-based protein
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- Garnish: cilantro
Instructions
- In a pan over medium heat add the olive oil and the OZO™ plant-based protein. Cook for 5-7 minutes until you achieve the desired texture. Set aside.
- In a food processor add all the jalapeño ranch ingredients, blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings and consistency as desired.
- Assemble tacos by layering the OZO Beef, jalapeño ranch, cabbage and chopped cilantro.
