Classic Pico de Gallo

  • 6 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red or white onion, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeds removed, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Wash and prep all the ingredients. Throw together in a bowl. Cover and allow to chill for 15 minutes so the flavors combine. Enjoy with tortilla chips. Adjust seasonings as desired. Pro tip: When dicing tomatoes, cut in half, and scoop out the insides with a spoon. The more finely chopped, the better the result! (using kitchen shears works wonders!)
