- 2 Brown Rice Cakes
- 2/3 stevia sweetened chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp flake salt
- 1/2 cup tahini
Instructions
- Spread tahini on the rice cakes bringing it close to the edge, but not all the way. Pop in the freeze for 5 – 10 mins until slightly firm. (doesn’t move everywhere)
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for 1 min stirring every 15 seconds until fully melted. Allow to slightly cool, then spread over the tahini covering the entire surface. Sprinkle with flake salt.
- Freeze for 5 minutes until firm and enjoy! May be left in the freeze to be enjoyed later!
