- 2 sliced avocados
- 1 cup vegan sour cream
- 1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 jalapeno
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- Tortilla chips and veggies, for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients. Pulse until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary. Serve with tortilla chips and or veggies.
