Ingredients

- 1/4 cup tahini
- Juice from one lemon
- 1/4 cup vegan sour cream or yogurt
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 tsp vegan Worcestershire
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/3 cup shallots or red onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cans chickpeas, drained, rinsed
Instructions
- Mix everything together minus the chickpeas.
- Place drained and rinsed chickpeas in a large bowl. Pour the mixture over them and mash with a potato masher, fork or your hands. Leave 1/4 of the chickpeas whole with the others mashed. Serve on a bun with red onion and your choice of greens!
