Ingredients

- 2 cans chickpeas
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 bunch dill
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3tbsp lemon juice
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup tahini
- salt/pepper as desired
- 5–10 mint leaves
Instructions
