- 1 cup whole or instant oats
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp agave, maple syrup or honey
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup stevia sweetened chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 2 small ramekins and set aside
- To a high power blender add all the ingredients minus the chocolate chips and blend until smooth.
- Add the mixture to the ramekins and top with chocolate chips. Bake for 25 mins or until golden and the top pushes back. Garnish with flake salt.
