  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees
  2. Place everything in the blender and blend until smooth
  3. Pour onto a pan lined with parchment paper. Smooth out the top so its about 1/4 inch thick. If it’s a little thicker it’s not a big deal, it may just take longer to cook. I recommend doubling the recipe so that you can make 16 roll ups.
  4. Bake for 2 1/2 hrs or longer until firm and not wet. You should be able to touch it without leaving an indention. Allow to cool and then slice into strips while still attached to the parchment paper. Store in a airtight container in the fridge.
