Grilled Cabbage Steaks with Tahini Dressing

Cabbage Steaks:

  • 1 heat white cabbage
  • Avocado oil spray
  • Salt + pepper as needed
  • Garnish: 1 scallion, chopped

 

Tahini dressing:

 

 


Instructions

  • Heat a griddle on high. Grease it with avocado oil spray or an oil that allows for high heat.
  • Slice your cabbage into steaks and grease each one with avocado oil, salt and pepper.
  • Throw on the grill for 5 minutes on each side, set aside.
  • For the dressing combine everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Place the steaks in a bowl and drizzle with dressing. Garnish with chopped scallions and fresh black pepper.

Notes

  • If you don’t want to grill or have a griddle, simply place on a baking sheet on 425 until crispy and cooked through.
