Let’s talk cabbage!
If you know me, you know I love all things cabbage. My go to’s are a cabbage salad as they make the perfect salad for countless reasons. Cabbage will outlive any salad green creating less waste and bonus, its also super filling as it packs more fiber and it’s sturdy enough that you can even grill it!
Can any other salt green do that? No, they can’t. Still not sold on cabbage, I promise you will be after you try this recipe!
So I love cabbage salads, braised red cabbage, but I’ve never tried grilling. While it can be an extra step to throw it on a griddle, a lil more cleaning post grilling, it’s 100% worth it as you derive so much flavor from grilling. I thought there had to be something good about this concept as I kept seeing grilled cabbage more and more and honestly, it exceeded my expectations!
