Vegan Sugar Free Salted Dark Chocolate Graham Crackers








Let’s talk holiday desserts!



If there is an easy concept, it’s going to be Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers! Before you pass on this nostalgic combo, I promise you it’s a must try. As someone who doesn’t even like graham crackers, it was one of my favorite sweets when I worked at a candy store in high school. Yes, I happened to work at a candy store lol. Out of the countless options we had, the chocolate covered graham crackers were my favorite. 

It’s crispy, flavorful, and perfect with a little bit of flake salt!

Bonus, these are so quick and easy, require just a handful of ingredients, and I even used sugar free chocolate! Looking to elevate the flavors even more? Throw in some espresso powder, extracts or even nuts, ..and you have the perfect effortless dessert!

  1. Line a pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds to prevent burning.
  3. Once fully melted dip graham crackers in the chocolate coating all the sides. Place on the parchment lined pan. Garnish with flake salt and pop in the freezer for 5 minutes.
