- 1 cup peanut butter powder (you can use regular pb)
- 8 oz vegan cream cheese
- 2/3 cup stevia powdered sugar
- Optional garnish: vegan dark chocolate peanut butter cups and chopped peanuts
Instructions
- In the bowl of standing mixer combine all the ingredients. Whip until smooth. To modify the texture you can add almond milk (1 tsp at a time) or oil from natural peanut butter if you want to boost that peanut butter flavor.
- Garnish and serve! If you pop in the fridge to enjoy later it may firm up again. You can simply add a lil more almond milk or oil and whip again.
