Let’s talk peanut butter!

 

If there is one flavor I don’t feature enough of, it’s peanut butter! While I love the flavor profile, it’d not the first one I go to. When I do delve into peanut butter concepts, I’m hooked!

I was craving something whipped like a pie, but sugar free. If you’ve ever had peanut butter pie, the filling is superb! Rather than creating a pie I knew we could still capture  Just like that, the Sugar Free Whipped Peanut Butter was born!

 

 


 

What’s great about this recipe? Everything. It’s quick, easy, affordable, features just 3 ingredients, sugar free, rich, creamy, pairs perfectly with chocolate and salt, perfect for any season, low carb, high protein, it can even be made peanut butter powder which reduces the fat content, can easily be made in bulk, can be used as a pie filling, vegan, and just so good!

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of  standing mixer combine all the ingredients. Whip until smooth. To modify the texture you can add almond milk (1 tsp at a time) or oil from natural peanut butter if you want to boost that peanut butter flavor.
  2. Garnish and serve! If you pop in the fridge to enjoy later it may firm up again. You can simply add a lil more almond milk or oil and whip again.
