  1. Prepare pasta according to box, drain, don’t rinse the pasta.
  2. Coat the pasta with sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, rice wine, and then the spices then the sesame seeds. Toss and coat well.
  3. Heat air fryer to 400 and cook for 5 minutes, toss the pasta, then cook for another 5 until slightly crispy. Once the timer goes off allow the chips to sit in there for a few minutes. They will further crisp up as they sit in there. If you have an air fryer with no heat temperature settings it will take about 15 minutes to cook half of the pasta. Toss and cook every 5 minutes until crispy.
