Ingredients

Hot Chocolate: 

  • 4 cups almond milk
  • 6 oz vegan white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract

Garnish:

  • Crushed candy canes
  • Coconut whip

 


Instructions

 

  1. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat add almond milk and bring to a simmer.
  2. Once slightly bubbling add the vegan white chocolate and peppermint extract. Whisk until it’s melted and incorporated. (3 mins)
  3. Turn off the heat and whisk, use a Frother or throw in a blender to create foam if desired. Garnish with coconut whip and crushed candy canes, Serve hot.
