Vegan White Chocolate Peppermint Hot Chocolate
Hello & Happy Saturday!!
When it comes to Christmas recipes, the one thing that always comes to mind.. is all things peppermint! Whether you love it or hate it, there is something about this combo that you just crave around the holidays. In terms of preference, many actually gravitate towards peppermint with white chocolate. While the majority of the year white chocolate never gets any love lol.
Believe it or not, I’m actually more of a white chocolate person! Even with the vegan varieties there is something about it I just enjoy. In 2021 it’s still actually an obstacle to find vegan white chocolate. So much so that many take it upon themselves to make it from scratch. However, I’ve been getting my vegan white chocolate chips via Amazon for years.
Let’s talk hot chocolate!
After living above a Starbucks for over 10+ years, I’ve had every beverage you can think of. Ironically just about every vegan hot chocolate I’ve ever had was just, so underwhelming. So why are they not good? Overly sweet, not made with real chocolate and the list goes on. Needless to say, this year I was excited to explore a variety of homemade options. When thinking of the next vest recipe..
I knew we had to do a vegan White Chocolate Peppermint Hot Chocolate!
What’s great about this recipe? It’s quick, easy, perfect for fall/winter, can easily be made in bulk, perfect for entertaining, you could make it an adult beverage if desired, creamy, packs a rich white chocolate flavor, notes of peppermint, and garnished with crushed candy canes to tie it all in together!
If you’re all about a homemade winter drink, you have to try this new vegan White Chocolate Peppermint Hot Chocolate!
