Sugar Free Jalapeño Watermelon Lemonade

If there is one thing I love in the summer, it’s a homemade lemonade. I know you can find countless beverages at the store today, but there is something about a seamless drink that I’m just all about.

My favorite part?

I can control the amount of sugar that goes into it and bonus, you don’t even need to use sugar. Even as one who wasn’t always fond of stevia, I love to throw it in a lemonade as it’s just blends well.

I know what you’re thinking, lemonade? It’s just a headache of a mess to make. Believe it or not, homemade lemonade is so easy. All you need is a handful of ingredients, a few minutes, and either a strainer or nut milk bag. Simply throw it all in a blender, let the flavors combine, strain and throw on some ice!

My preference with lemonades?

Using a nut milk bag. You can do it all at once, less messy, and truly removes everything that isn’t liquid.

When it comes to lemonades, I’ve done a myriad of combos. One thing I had yet to do, is a jalapeño infused option! Before the boom of the spicy margarita, we would throw jalapeño in our cocktails. However, today I don’t drink, but still crave a fruit forward drink with a spicy kick. Just like that, the new Jalapeño Watermelon Lemonade was born!

What’s fab about this lemonade? Everything. It’s quick, easy, affordable, packs tons of watermelon and lemon, notes of mint, jalapeño, it’s sugar free featuring Pyure liquid stevia, you can add alcohol if desired, it’s perfect for any season, there is enough flavor that the ice in your glass won’t water down the lemonade and it’s just soooooo good!
