Hotel Hershey & Hersheypark Guide
Our recent stay at Hotel Hershey and our visit to Hersheypark made for a truly unforgettable family getaway! Everything about our experience was filled with excitement, comfort, and a little bit of chocolate magic.
Hotel Hershey Review: Staying at Hotel Hershey felt like being in a luxury retreat combined with all the charm of Hershey. The hotel is beautiful, with its grand Mediterranean-style architecture, elegant gardens, and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty—the staff were friendly and always ready to help.
Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with delightful little touches like Hershey’s chocolates waiting for us on the pillows each day. The views of the manicured grounds were beautiful, and we really enjoyed strolling through the gardens and taking in the fountains and flowers.
The amenities at the Hotel Hershey were excellent. We loved the outdoor pool complex with its waterslides and splash area—perfect for the kids! The adults enjoyed some relaxation at the luxurious spa, which offered wonderful chocolate-inspired treatments that were both indulgent and rejuvenating. The whole family also appreciated the chocolate-themed activities, like chocolate bingo, which made our stay extra fun and unique.
Dining was a fantastic experience. We had a wonderful dinner at The Circular, where the food was outstanding, and the ambiance was perfect for a special family evening. We also enjoyed casual meals at Harvest and, of course, loved the delicious breakfast buffet. Don’t miss the chocolate martinis—they were amazing!
Hersheypark Guide: Hersheypark was an absolute blast for our family! The park is huge and has something for everyone—from thrilling roller coasters to gentle rides for little ones. Our older kids loved rides like Candymonium and Skyrush, which provided all the adrenaline they could handle, while our youngest enjoyed the more gentle rides in the kiddie area. There’s a great balance of attractions for all ages, making it perfect for a family visit.
The water park area, The Boardwalk, was fantastic for cooling off on a hot day. The lazy river and wave pool were big hits with our family, and there were plenty of shaded spots to relax in between rides.
One of the highlights was the Chocolate World experience, located right next to the park. We had so much fun making our own chocolate bars, going on the factory tour ride, and tasting all the delicious samples. It was educational, fun, and, of course, tasty! We also appreciated the ability to hop between Hersheypark and Chocolate World easily throughout the day.
Hersheypark was well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also used the Hersheypark Fast Track pass, which helped us skip the longer lines for popular rides—it was definitely worth it, especially on a busy summer weekend.

- Use the App: The Hersheypark app was helpful for navigating the park, checking wait times, and finding dining options. It made our day much more efficient.

Overall Impression: Hotel Hershey and Hersheypark exceeded our expectations. The combination of luxurious relaxation at the hotel with the thrills and fun of Hersheypark created the perfect family vacation.
