Vegan White Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
If there is one thing I love, it’s effortless desserts. I’ve never been a huge fudge person as it tends to be on the rich side, but a vegan version can be a lil more mellow, and just like traditional fudge, SO EASY!!
Standard fudge recipes feature condensed milk, however, you can easily swap that out with some peanut butter and make a fab melt in your mouth fudge.
For many, when they hear the words vegan white chocolate, anxiety sets in lol. Where do you source such a product, what is the cost etc. I get you!! While vegan white chocolate can seem impossible, I always source mine from Amazon in the yellow bag. (no sponsored) While white chocolate doesn’t pack the same nutritional benefits as dark chocolate, it’s fun to work with, I love that classic white chocolate flavor and it makes for.. a great White Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge!!
What’s fab about this fudge, is everything! It’s quick, easy, affordable, features only 5 ingredients, minimal steps, packs flavor, aesthetic appeal, can easily be made in bulk, perf for any season, and is a peanut butter lovers dream!!

- Yield: 6-10 pieces depending on size 1x
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegan Dark Chocolate Chips (I used Lily’s)
- 1 1/2 bag vegan White Chocolate Chips (amazon)
- 2 Tsps coconut oil (divided)
- 2/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2/3 cup peanuts, chopped
Instructions
- Combine the vegan white chocolate, peanut butter and 1 tsp coconut oil in a large microwave safe bowl.
- Heat for 1 minute, removing and combining every 10-15 seconds until fully melted.
- Combine chocolate chips and the remaining 1 tsp coconut oil and repeat the process.
- In a bread pan or small baking pan lined with parchment paper layer all of the white chocolate/peanut butter down, smoothing out to achieve an even layer.
- Drizzle the dark chocolate over the top in rows. You can make them defined for a clean look or mine more of a drizzly look.
- Take a knife or a toothpick and go back and forth to make swirls.
- Top with chopped peanuts while still wet. Set aside to cool. Slice into squares. Store covered in the fridge covered until ready to serve.
