Hello & Happy Thursday!

I’ll just say it, I can’t believe it’s already August! While July feels hot, August is one of the most hottest months no mater where you are. During the summer I’m always craving lighter foods, but absolutely craving something fun to drink. We have a purified water dispenser to remind me to drink more water, but let’s face it.. Sometimes we can still forget or we’r just simply bored with plain Jane water.

You can infuse water to help give it more flavor or you can skip all that and make tea, or my personal favorite, lemonade! Homemade lemonade gets a bad reputation for being packed with sugar, but you can seamlessly switch up the sweetener and use something like stevia! Even as someone who isn’t fond of stevia (truth), it blends well with the tartness of lemons so much that you can’t even taste it!

The other week I did a Rosemary Lemonade and this week, it’s all about the Lavender Sage Lemonade!

While my lavender didn’t survive lol, I’ve been growing my own sage for months! For whatever reason lavender and lemons just pair well and the notes of sage just put it over the top. If you’re stressed about lavender, you can easily source it now from a local whole foods now I believe by Frontier!

If you love all things lavender or fun drinks, you have to try this new recipe for Lavender Sage Lemonade!
