I don’t know about you, but I love something that can be thrown together in minutes! Complex recipes are also my go to, but you have memorable simple recipes, and this is one of them!
Years ago I realized that out of hundreds of recipes on LABELESS, I didn’t have a staple vegan peanut butter cookie recipe. The great thing about a peanut butter cookie, is that you truly only need a handful of ingredients.
To be specific, you only need 3, and it doesn’t include white flour or sugar! I love to do peanut butter cookies with this approach, so I just knew, we had to do 3 ingredient flourless Peanut Butter Bars!
What’s fab about these cookies? Everything! This recipe is quick, easy, affordable, has literally 3 INGREDIENTS for the base, no white flour, no white sugar, no eggs or even vegan eggs, packs flavor, protein, aesthetic appeal ,a soft texture, you can add the vegan m+m’s or skip them altogether, they are perf for any season, and can even be stored in the freezer.

3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Bars
- Total Time: 20 mins
- Yield: 3 Large or 6 Small 1x
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup traditional peanut butter (not natural)
- 2 cups almond flour, packed
- 3 tbsps honey or maple syrup (honey works best)
- 1/2 cup Unreal Dark Chocolate M+M’s
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- Line a cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the peanut butter, almond flour, and honey or maple syrup.
- Combine with a spatula until it forms a consistent cookie dough. If it’s not forming a dough simply add a little more honey or maple syrup 1-2 tsp at a time.
- Press the dough into a parchment lined loaf pan. Top with the vegan M+M’s. Gently press them into the dough.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until sides are golden. Allow to cool in the pan. Slice and enjoy!

What could I substitute for the almond flour?
I wanted to check whether the oven setting is for fahrenheit or celsius.
