Years ago I realized that out of hundreds of recipes on LABELESS, I didn’t have a staple vegan peanut butter cookie recipe. The great thing about a peanut butter cookie, is that you truly only need a handful of ingredients.

To be specific, you only need 3, and it doesn’t include white flour or sugar! I love to do peanut butter cookies with this approach, so I just knew, we had to do 3 ingredient flourless Peanut Butter Bars!

What’s fab about these cookies? Everything! This recipe is quick, easy, affordable, has literally 3 INGREDIENTS for the base, no white flour, no white sugar, no eggs or even vegan eggs, packs flavor, protein, aesthetic appeal ,a soft texture, you can add the vegan m+m’s or skip them altogether, they are perf for any season, and can even be stored in the freezer.
