Vegan Cookies + Cream Bark

Let’s talk classic flavors!

No matter what stage of life I’m in, I’ll always have an affinity for all things cookies and cream. Whether it’s in ice cream, cookies, or even hot chocolate..

It’s such a win win in the flavor department! It’s nostalgic, fun, perfect for any season, and you can really add it to just about anything! When it comes to white chocolate, I actually love it.

Working with vegan white chocolate

The biggest issue can just be sourcing a dairy free option. However, you can find an accessible option on Amazon. The only trick with working with white chocolate is that you have to be even more careful when melting it as it can easily sieze, and you have to use coconut oil when trying to melt it. Otherwise, it won’t melt right.

What’s great about this recipe? It’s quick, easy, affordable, you can find the white chocolate on Amazon, has aesthetic appeal, most chocolate cookies are vegan, it’s perfect for any season, can be made in bulk, it’s a great gifted homemade treat, you can make them into bars if preferred, and my favorite part.. it’s just 3 ingredients!
