4 Ingredient Vegan Naan Bread
Hello & Happy Friday!!
If there is one thing I love, it’s an easy bread recipe. If there is one thing I hate though, it’s working with yeast! What’s the deal with yeast? You honestly just never know what you’re going to get sometimes. If the yeast is expired or just doesn’t respond well, it won’t activate. Surprisingly, you can still work with old yeast in recipes, it will just take longer for it to rise. At any rate, it just is an extra stepI could completely pass on..
which is why I love this yeast free Naan bread!
Naan has exploded in recent years, but I recall buying it back in 2007. It was soft, unique, and went great with cheese lol. Today you can find more ready made Naan options, but it’s fairly easy to just make from scratch. Especially with this yeast free version!
If you’ve seen that trendy yogurt bagel concept that was floating around in the past few years, this reminds me of it. It’s just 4 ingredients, and can be made in minutes. Pair it with countless dishes, salads, soups, dips and more.. you just can’t go wrong!
Bonus, you could add in additional herbs and spices to derive even more flavor!
So what’s fab about this Vegan yeast free Naan bread? Honestly, everything. It’s quick, easy, affordable, oil free, can be made gluten free, perfect for any season, you can pack it with herbs and spices, pair with entrees, soups, salads, dips and more, buttery soft, no need for a flax egg, you can make with vegan yogurt or sour cream, can easily be made in bulk, and just so good!
If you’re all about easy bread recipes, you have to try this new 4 Ingredient Vegan Naan Bread!
