Vegan Blender Oat Waffles

I honestly couldnt remember the last time I had a good homemade waffle. Years ago I was using a terrible waffle iron and I just always felt like they never got crispy and were just a soggy mess. I decided to revisit this classic dish to see if you could not only create a crispy waffle, but also one that could be made sans white flour

and the vegan Oat Waffles were born!!

Not only are they flourless, eggless, crispy, but they can be whipped up seamlessly in a blender. It doesn’t get much better than that! Oats are also a great replacement for various flours as it’s packed with more fiber, protein, and less carbs!!

What’s fab about these waffles, is everything! They are quick, easy, contain minimal ingredients, are affordable, can easily be made in bulk, you can throw in a blender, modify the seasonings and toppings to cater to any season, are flourless, eggless, effortless, perf for any season, great for entertaining, and are much more filling than traditional waffles!!

If you love healthier alternatives to your favorite staples, you have to try these vegan Blender Oat Waffles!!
