COOKIE MONSTER ENERGY BITES
Let’s talk energy bites!
Believe it or not, I’ve never ever made a ball. Not a single one lol. For whatever reason I didn’t see the appeal in them as they are made with such easy. However, if you can impart flavor, it’s seamless, and it keeps you coming back for more..
There is always a need for an effortless recipe!
Just like that, the first Cooking Monster Bites were born!
Energy Bites can be packed with whatever you like. With a base of peanut butter and oats, you can mix in whatever you’re craving. I’m currently hooked on all things cookie monster since I found a great vegan M+M brand. there is something about the nostalgia of this concept that I’ll forever be enamored with.
What’s great about a ball? Everything. It’s quick, easy, affordable, you can mix up the ingredients to tailor them to your preference, the season, you can modify the sweetness, made with just 4 ingredients, they can easily be made in bulk, are perfect for snacking, great for kids, can be made with gluten free oats or sugar free chocolate, are filling, packed with protein and fiber and just a must try!
If you’re all about an effortless snack, you have to try these new Monster Cookie Bites!
