Easy Mango Salsa
This week feels as though it has just flown by! We moved and as you would imagine everything is everywhere and we found ourselves eating frozen dinner that we’ve had for months and drinking out of kids cups lol. (true story)
Needless to say, we’ve been cleaning out our fridge this past week and I had a few mangos lingering around. This fruit is honestly one of my favorite and you don’t see it in enough dishes. It’s either a dessert or a chutney and that’s it. Keeping that in mind, I wanted to explore an effortless savory concept and the seamless Mango Salsa was born!
What’s great about this dish, is everything! It’s quick, easy, affordable, veggie packed, flavor packed, Â its great with chips or thrown on a salad or taco, you can easily make it in bulk, great for entertaining, perfect for any season, sweet with a lil heat, and such a staple!
