Vegan Pink Fry Sauce
If there is one thing I’m about when developing recipes, it’s color!
Simply amplifying color in a dish can completely transform it, especially for toddlers lol. Since TikTok had explored with a “Pink Sauce” I thought it would be great to explore the concept and make a vegan version of my own. We had done a pink ketchup before with beets, but never a fry sauce which is actually easier given the white color of mayo.
So what do you need to achieve that gorgeous color naturally? Just beets!
What’s great about this sauce? Everything! It’s quick, easy, affordable, made with kitchen staples, packs nutrients with the beet juice, you can adjust the flavorings as you see fit, throw it on sandwiches, serve it whatever you like from fries to potatoes, veggies and more, it packs the same flavor profile as most fry sauces, but unlike others, this one has a gorgeous hue!
If you’re looking to put a fun spin on your classic fry sauce, you have to try our NEW Pink Fry Sauce!
