Let’s talk rice!

If there is one dish I never enjoy enough, it’s rice! I’m one of those people who has to have flavor. So when it comes to rice, while I love it plain, I have to put a fresh spin on it. When thinking of the perfect spring dish, Lemon Dill Rice came to mind!

I had tried simple dill rice before, but I love adding lemon to anything. Adding acid simply provides another dimension of flavor that works with just about anything!

Also, I always find that I have lingering fresh dill. The portions when you buy it are generally large, so your guaranteed to have some floating around. If you’re searching for more ways to enjoy it, this is it!

What’s great about this dish? Everything. It’s quick, easy, flavorful, requires minimal ingredients, packs tons of fresh dill, has notes of lemon, is perfect for spring, can accompany countless dishes, can easily be made in bulk, you can switch up the rice and even do cauliflower rice, and even pair it with a sauce if desired!
