If you know me, you know my daily go to is avocado toast. However, did you know they can easily make a fab spread that packs more flavor and a whipped texture?! I love a fab guacamole too, but I find that I gravitate more towards pairing it with veggies if I modify the texture to be silky smooth…Ā 

 

Insert my favorite Creamy Avocado Dip!! It pairs perf with anything from the standard chips to veggies and makes for the perf dipping sauce for other apps and even as a sandwich spread!

 

If you’re looking to pack on the veggies, I find that soups and salads are a great option, but also a fab veggie dip such as this!

 

 

 

 


 

What’s fab about this dip, is everything! It’s quick, easy, has a whipped texture, features minimal ingredients, you can easily tailor the flavor to your preferences by adding spices or red onion, it holds up longer in than typical guacamole, is great to pair with veggies, perf for any season, can easily be made in bulk and is one of my favorite veggie dips!!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 sliced avocados
  • 1 cup vegan sour cream
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • Tortilla chips and veggies, for servingĀ 

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients. Pulse until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary. Serve with tortilla chips and or veggies.
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
