This week I’ve been going through countless concepts I never got to. Believe it or not, although you’ll find me in the kitchen daily, there are a myriad of recipes that get left in the dust as I’m onto the next concept lol.
That being said, my biggest bucket list recipe was actually a.. vegan Cronut!!
I procrastinated this concept for the longest time as I don’t typically do anything fried, I feared it wouldn’t come out good and the list goes on. However, I’m just so glad I gave it a go, because they came out so good and required minimal effort!
What’s fab about this concept, is everything! It’s quick, easy, affordable, requires no yeast, no hours of proofing, perf for any season, you can enjoy alone or pair with a ganache or fruit sauce, you can modify the size, you can try to bake (texture may be a little dryer) they are perf for entertaining, you can also make donut holes, they have layers just like the traditional recipe, and are just a crowd pleaser!
If you’re searching for fun modern vegan desserts, you’re going to love these easy peasy vegan Cronuts with chocolate ganache!!
