If there is an easy concept, it’s going to be Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers! Before you pass on this nostalgic combo, I promise you it’s a must try. As someone who doesn’t even like graham crackers, it was one of my favorite sweets when I worked at a candy store in high school. Yes, I happened to work at a candy store lol. Out of the countless options we had, the chocolate covered graham crackers were my favorite.Â

Vegan Sugar Free Salted Dark Chocolate Graham Crackers

- Line a pan with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds to prevent burning.
- Once fully melted dip graham crackers in the chocolate coating all the sides. Place on the parchment lined pan. Garnish with flake salt and pop in the freezer for 5 minutes.
