Easy Vegan Ranch Crackers

Let’s talk easy snacks!

When it comes to crackers, it’s easier just to pick some up. Today you can find countless varieties, but some can be a lil on the underwhelming side. The great thing about crackers, is that you can use any simple saltine as your base, and pack on the flavor with accessible dip packets. You can find a myriad of vegan options from major brands, but I still have yet to find a vegan ranch.

That being said, I knew the first flavor we  had to create, was a vegan Ranch Cracker!

Most ranch crackers are made with the dairy dip options, but you can easily recreate it by using an onion and chive and adding dill and parsley. Bonus, you can also use olive oil instead of the traditional butter you’ll find in most recipes.

The finished product? So good! If this was difficult to throw together or expensive, I wouldn’t have loved it so much. However, it’s so seamless, so cheap, you can make tons, and you have control of the flavor versus the store bought options. These babes, also pack heat, which I love!
