When it comes to the big game, I’m all about the food! I especially love game day eats as it focuses on small bites. When it comes to hummus, my personal favorite is Green Goddess! It’s heavy on the herbs, features avocado and even spinach. All of the above makes it the perfect veggie packed dip for game day! The spinach adds nutrients and a vibrant color, the avocado offers healthy fats also making it more filling. The hummus is so good, you could even use it as a sauce on sandwiches and more. This dip is quick, easy, affordable, perfect for any season, you can pair with veggies or my favorite, Crunchmaster® crackers!

Easy Vegan Green Goddess Hummus

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced.
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley.
  • 1/4 cup chopped tarragon.
  • 3 Tbsp chopped chives.
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • salt/pepper as desired
  • Garnish: avocado, chopped scallions and parsley


  • Throw all of the ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Add additional olive oil or water if needed to achieve desired consistency. Optional: Garnish with chopped scallions and additional parsley
  • Prep Time: 5 mins
