Vegan Baked Puff Pastry Pears with Salted Caramel

Let’s talk easy desserts!

If there is one thing I love to work with, its puff pastry dough! It’s cheap, easy to and bonus, vegan! There are so many things you can do with it the options are honestly endless. Needless to say, I was all about exploring a new holiday recipe that was seamless and so good!

When it comes to desserts, I love to focus on fruit as you can mitigate the added sugar in recipes. Pears are my go to for the fall/Christmas and I knew we had to go with that fruit! Pastry dough concepts can require cooking of fruit or folding or cutting and various tedious approaches, but you can honestly just throw them in some dough with cinnamon and sugar and you have a winning dessert!

What’s great about this dessert? Every. Single. Thing. It features my homemade salted brown butter caramel, pairs seamlessly with vanilla ice cream and just so good! All you need is a handful of ingredients, just a little bit of time, you can serve them upside down or rightsize up, you can throw on any kind of nuts or candied pecans, you can easily make them in bulk, they are perfect for entertaining, and just my newest obsession!

If you love an effortless dessert, you have to try these new Salted Caramel Puff Pastry Pears!
